Stages involved in a translation work are the following:
1- Service Request (made by the customer through an email, a form application at the website or a phone call)
2- Project Assessment and Quotation
Our translation process begins with your first contact. As soon as we receive your question, we assess the project and provide the relevant quotation along with the Commercial Terms as per your specific needs.
Estimated time of response: 48 hours
Once the price and Commercial terms are approved by the customer, we proceed to start the translation process.

Glossary Development
If available, we may ask you to provide us with a glossary of your proprietary vocabulary.
Translation
The translation is produced by a professional linguist who is native speaker of the target language.
Editing
Once the translation is completed, a qualified editor carefully reviews and refines the document.
Proofreading
Finally, a professional on the subject area proofreads the text to secure the accuracy of terms and to make sure it reads as an original.
Invoicing and Delivery
This stage includes the invoicing and payment of the outstanding balance and the delivery of the final product.
